We want you to be 100% satisfied with your Lyra gear. If your illumination tools aren't performing as expected, we're here to help.
Standard Return Window: Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase in original, unused condition with all packaging included.
How to Start a Return
To begin the process, please visit our Contact Page and include your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your gear arrives damaged or fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will replace it immediately at no cost to you. Please include a photo of the defect in your initial contact email.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
Exchanges
Need a different model or color? The fastest way to get an exchange is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item from the Shop.
